If you need to contact a technical support representative please refer to the contact information shown below.
Technical support is important to the staff at RISA. We want our users to able to reach us when they are having difficulties with the program. However, this service is not to be used as a way to avoid learning the program or learning how to do structural modeling in general.
Before contacting technical support, you should typically do the following:
For all modeling support questions, please be prepared to send us your model input file via e-mail or our Support Files Uploader. We often need to have your model in hand to debug a problem or answer your questions. Make sure you tell us your name and phone number, and give us a problem description. If you have multiple members, plates or load combinations, make sure you specify which ones to look at.
Priority technical support is available to all users who are licensed for the current version of a program. Priority support is available through the following options:
Phone: (949) 951-5815
If you need the answer to a question, and don't need to include a model, feel free to give us a call.
All users who are licensed for an older version of a program may receive one technical support request by email only. Please e-mail us to find out how to update your RISA software.
Students using Educational versions of RISA software should get technical support from their professors. RISA does not provide technical support for Educational or Demonstration versions of our software.
The same RISA software you rely on—now with more flexibility and value.
