If you need to contact a technical support representative please refer to the contact information shown below.
Technical support is important to the staff at RISA Technologies. We want our users to able to reach us when they are having difficulties with the program. However, this service is not to be used as a way to avoid learning the program or learning how to do structural modeling in general.
Before contacting technical support, you should typically do the following:
For all modeling support questions, please be prepared to send us your model input file via e-mail or our Support Files Uploader. We often need to have your model in hand to debug a problem or answer your questions. Make sure you tell us your name and phone number, and give us a problem description. If you have multiple members, plates or load combinations, make sure you specify which ones to look at.
Priority technical support is available to all users who are current in their maintenance. Priority support is available through the following options:
Phone: (949) 951-5815
If you need the answer to a question, and don't need to include a model, feel free to give us a call.
Fax: (949) 951-5848
When a problem description would be aided by a sketch, you may also fax it to us.
All users who are not current in their maintenance may receive one technical support request by e-mail only. Please e-mail us to find out how to renew the maintenance on your RISA software.
Students using Educational versions of RISA software should get technical support from their professors. RISA Technologies does not provide technical support for Educational or Demonstration versions of our software.
