RISA Technologies and WoodWorks have partnered to expand RISA’s popular design software to incorporate enhanced wood design features. RISA-3D and RISAFloor now have the ability to design segmented wood shear walls in addition to sawn, glu-lam and structural composite lumber.
The latest version includes flexible wood diaphragm design and shear walls design using one of the three design methods: Segmented, Perforated or Force Transfer Around Openings.
